I think I saw this in North Beach area in a car this year.
Thank you, Min, for commenting. There are, in fact, several of these Doggy Diner heads still in existence, and they do on occasion travel around SF in a pickup truck. But this particular one is mounted on a street lamp near the zoo in the Sun set.
